Are the artworks on your cards and prints original?

All of the artworks on our cards and prints are created by our designers and sold exclusively by Abbott & Allen.

Can I sell my products at Abbott & Allen?

We’re always looking for beautiful products that reflect the high quality of our brand. Please get in touch if you are interested in selling your products on Abbott & Allen.

Do you offer a personalisation service for the greeting cards?

We do not currently offer a personalisation service but it is something we hope to introduce in the future.

Can I buy Gift Vouchers for Abbott & Allen?

We do not currently offer Gift Vouchers, but it is something we will be introducing in the near future.

Buying

What forms of payment does Abbott & Allen accept?

We accept credit or debit card payments. All credit cards used for payment must have a valid billing address.

Are my payments secure?

Our payments are processed using Stripe. All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser.

For your own safety, we do not save any payment information. Payments are made directly through Stripe – certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification, so we can guarantee that important information stays confidential and private.

How do I check the status of an order?

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a Despatch Confirmation email. After which your package should arrive within the timescales stated on the delivery page.

Are there discounts for purchasing more than one greetings card at a time?

For every five ‘individual’ greeting cards purchased, a discount will be applied to your shopping cart. Alternatively, you can purchase one of our pre-selected greeting cards ‘Collections’ at this special price.

Does the price shown include VAT?

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Why am I required to register before making a purchase?

Registering is quick and easy, we require only a password in addition to the email that you provide. Having an account lets you keep track of your orders’ status from your dashboard easily.

On the upper right-hand corner of any page, you’ll see an icon of a ‘person’, click here to register.

How do I change my email settings?

To change your connected email address or change your email notifications, follow the steps below:

On the upper right-hand corner of any page, you’ll see an icon of a ‘person’. Click the icon to access your user account dashboard.

Select ‘Account settings’. You are then able to change your connected email address, shipping address, and specify if you’d like to receive an email from Abbott & Allen.

I forgot my password, how can I get a new one?

It happens to the best of us. Go to this page so you can set a new one.

Can I make my own list of favourite products? Where can I see it?

Yes! If you like a product just click on the heart icon. This will automatically save it to your Wish List, which you can find under your account dashboard.

Shipping & Return

What if I need to return an item?

We take time to carefully package our products to protect them as best we can, however, if your item arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at hello@abbottandallen.co.uk. We will advise you of the next steps in order to return the item to us.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

We currently only ship within the UK but we hope to introduce international shipping in the future.

When will my order be despatched?

Items in stock are typically despatched within 2 working days of receiving your order.

If part of your order is not in stock at the time of order, we will hold your order until all items are in stock. We will notify you if this is the case.
